Every Day is a New Beginning

“The future depends on what we do in the present”
Mahatma Gandhi

If you took a look back at 2007 and there was a list of things you did not accomplish, the next question begs a simple, “Why?”

What were you doing or not doing that caused you to fail in achieving certain goals?
Did you want to lose that last ten pounds? You didn’t? Why?

Very simple. You weren’t willing to do what was required to achieve that goal.
You didn’t work out as much as you should have. You kept on eating junk food and consuming alcohol, saying “Next week…”

If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.
Makes sense right?

Einstein said, “…the definition of madness is doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result…”

When are you going to get it?
When you want something so badly, you are prepared to do what needs to be done.
End of story.

So ask yourself this New Year.
What do I really want and what am I prepared to do to get it?
Then make a list, and do one thing today that sets you on the path to success, to achieving your goals and the life that you dreamt for yourself, many moons ago.

What are you waiting for?
The time to start is NOW.
